摘要
对国内外近20年来脉冲MIG焊逆变电源的研究现状进行了分析,从实现焊接高速高效化、焊接控制数字化、控制系统智能化3方面进行了较为详细的介绍与评价,指出存在的主要问题。就脉冲MIG焊逆变电源的特点、应用范围、改进方向提出建议,进一步展望脉冲MIG焊逆变电源的发展趋势。
The introductions on GMAW-P inverter are given in this paper,and the high-speed welding,digital control welding, intelligent control system of welding are reviewed in details,the main problems about GMAW-P inverter are pointed out,the charaeters and applied ranges of GMAW-P inverter are described and some suggestions for improving these types of equipment are stated. furthermore ,the development trend of GMAW-P inverter is prospected.
