摘要
通过检测化学成分、宏观断口及金相组织等,对锅炉省煤器U形管裂纹进行了分析。结果表明,省煤器U形管的裂纹乃是在弯管过程中钢管金属不均匀变形所产生的环向张应力与水介质中的S、Cl等腐蚀性元素共同作用所导致的应力腐蚀破裂。
The crack reasons of the boiler economizer U shape tube were analyzed by means of chemical analysis, fraetography and metaUography examination. The results show that the crack reasons of the boiler economizer U shape tube is stress corrosion bursts, that caused by the tensile stress together with S, Cl corrosive element in aqueous medium.
