摘要
通过对机床仿真系统的模块化分析,提出一种充分利用现有软件资源的快速开发模式,用以在通用环境下快速地开发出高效可用的机床加工仿真系统。对不同语言环境下开发模块的整合和数据交换、共享作了分析。针对机床仿真加工的模块特征,对模块的实现环境及外部接口均作了描述说明。最后,以5轴联动数控螺旋锥齿轮加工机床仿真系统的实现为例,支持了本文对机床仿真系统在多环境下通过混合编程实现的开发模式。
Through modulization analysis of machine simulation system, a methodology of fast development is presented on adequately using existing software resources to effectively develop machine simulation system in general circumstance. Analysis about integration and data exchange and sharing of modules edited in different lingual environments is made. According to characteristics of different modules in simulation system, its realization and interface to others is explained. Finally, an instance about 5 axis numerical controlling simulation system for spiral bevel gears is presented to support views of this paper.
