摘要
对利用壳聚糖为原料水解制备盐酸氨基葡萄糖的工艺条件进行了研究,得到最佳工艺条件为:固定35%HCl/Chitosan(w/w)为12∶1,H2O2/Chitosan(w/w)为10%,采用2h的水解时间,HClO4/Chitosan(w/w)4%,在110℃进行水解,产品产率可达83.04%,熔点192~194℃。并用元素分析、IR、1HNMR表征了盐酸氨基葡萄糖的结构。
The hydrolysis technology of chitosan for producing glucosamine hydrochloride was studied. The optimal hydrolysis technology of chitosan was found, HClO4/Chitosan (w/w) 4%, hydrolysis time 2 h, hydrolysis temperature 110℃ under the conditions of 35% HCl / Chitosan (w/w) 12 : 1, H2O2/Chitosan (w/w) 10%, the yield of glucosamine hydrochloride is 83.04%, m.p. 192~194℃. The structures of glucosamine hydrochloride were characterized by IR, ^1HNMR and elementary analysis.
