摘要
热动平衡执行器主要用于风机盘管、地板温控系统等楼宇自动化阀门控制场合。把模糊控制理论中的CRI推理查表算法应用于该控制系统中,此方法不仅避免建立被控过程数学模型,而且使得该控制系统实时性好,定位精度也有很大提高。介绍了一种操作简便、自动化程度高、工作可靠的阀门控制系统的设计,描述了系统的结构、硬件组成和软件设计情况。
Mokulating actuators are mainly used to drive valves in FCU (Fan Coil Unit) applications, under-floor heating systems such kind of room and zone applications. The method of CRI reasoning and checking in table in the theory of the fuzzy control is applied in this control system. With this way, building mathematic model for the controlled process is not only spared, but also has a high real-time respondent speed, and the control accuracy is further improved. The control system of valve is introduced which has the simple operation, high automation and stable work. The structure of the system and the design of hardware and software are described in this paper.
