摘要
将超声波技术应用于硫酸水解羽毛粉,经8h水解反应后,氨基酸的生成率可达93.6%。通过正交试验研究了投料比、pH值、螯合温度和螯合时间四个因素对由上述水解所制得的复合氨基酸与硫酸锌反应制备复合氨基酸螯合锌的螯合反应的影响,其对指标螯合率的影响依次为:pH值、螯合温、投料比、螯合时间;最佳的螯合反应条件为:复合氨基酸:硫酸锌=2:1(m/m),螯合温度90℃,pH值为8,螯合时间为2h。
With the application of ultrasonic wave in hydrolysis of feather powder with sulphuric acid ,the yield of amino acid increases to 93.6% after 8 hours hydrolysis. Zn(Ⅱ)-complex amino acid chelates are prepared by zinc sulfate and complex amino acid which is hydrolyzed from feather powder. The effects of ingredient ratio ,pH, reaction temperature and reaction time on the chelate reaction are inverstigated by orthgonal experiment. The results have showed that the importance of the four factors is as followed : pH→reaction time→ingredient ratio→reaction temperature,and the optimal chelate condition is: complex amino acid:zinc sulfate =2:1, temperature=90℃,pH=8,time=2 hours.
