摘要
膨胀机TB-201是精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产装置中大型空气压缩机的一部分。通过放大该机处理能力,消除了尾气排放系统的“瓶颈”;同时增加了能源回收,降低了装置能耗。在保持轴向推力几乎不变的情况下,选用冲动式叶片保证了叶片有较好的通流能力。并用相应的软件对转子、叶片、叶根和轮缘以及齿式联轴器的强度重新进行计算和校核。
TB - 201 expander is a part of the large - sized air compressor in PTA production plant. The bottleneck of tail gas emission system was eliminated through expansion of its treatment capacity, meanwhile, the energy recovery was increased, and energy consumption was reduced. Using of impulse section blade ensured its flow capacity with the axial thrust almost unchanged. Moreover, the strength of rotor, blade, root of blade, rim edge and gear coupling were calculated and checked once again with relevant software.
