摘要
针对快速模具对铝硅合金高温强度要求,对从室温到300℃的ZA lS i7RE合金的抗拉强度和延伸率变化规律进行了研究。研究表明,常温下,ZA lS i7RE合金的抗拉强度变化不大,延伸率逐渐降低;250℃下,RE含量超过1%,合金的抗拉强度出现增长的趋势,合金的延伸率也随着RE的增加而升高。
Rapid tooling requires high temperature strength of ZAlSi7 alloy. In this paper, influence of RE on high temperature tensile strength and elongation of Al - Si alloys has atudied. The results show that the strength at room temperature changes a little while elongation is somewhat decreased; as addition of RE exceeding 1%, tensile strength and elongation rise with addition of RE under 250℃.
