摘要
针对20 kg铝锭连续铸造机组中使用铝液分配器的几个问题,如浇铸管设计不合理和采用滑石粉防止粘铝而造成铝锭外观质量下降,铝液对分配器内壁的浸蚀降低了寿命,提出了改进浇铸管的结构和分配器内壁采用陶瓷涂层的措施,有利于提高铝锭表面质量和延长分配器使用寿命。
There are several problems in the aluminum liquid distributor which used in 20 kg aluminum ingot continuous casting machines, such as, the design of the casting tube is not reasonable, the surface quality declines by means of employ French chalk to prevent gluing aluminum, and the life-span reduces because of inner wall of distributor is eroded by the aluminum liquid. The measurements about improving structure of casting tube and applying ceramic coating in inner wall of the distributor are proposed, which are propitious to improving the surface quality of aluminum ingot and life-span of the distributor.
