摘要
传统复杂机电系统(如武器系统)的维修培训一般在产品或样机生产出来后进行,存在响应慢、成本高等问题。为此,该文研究开发了一个基于流程图和仿真的维修培训系统(M a intenance Tra in ing System,MTS)。该系统采用非沉浸式、低成本的桌面虚拟现实技术,利用维修流程图进行维修过程展示,通过仿真演示维修动作。系统包含维修课程定义和维修任务演示两大模块,采用面向对象的编程语言实现。系统的成功开发,提高了维修培训的效率,降低了成本,避免了场地等条件的限制,而且在仅有产品CAD模型时,就可建立MTS系统,而不必等到实际产品或原型生产出来,因此可以提高培训的时效性,同时也利于维修人员与产品工程师等之间的及早交流,提高产品设计的可维修性。
As traditional physical model based maintenance training of complex systems is available only after a product or its prototype is produced, it is associated with slow response and high cost. To solve the problems, a maintenance training system (MTS) is developed based on flow chart and computer simulation. Non - immersion and low - cost desktop virtual reality technology is adopted in the system to present maintenance procedures and animations of maintenance process. The system consists of two major modules: definition module of maintenance courses and demonstration module of maintenance tasks. Object - oriented programming is adopted to implement the system. MTS is proved to be a successful application with higher efficiency, lower cost and less physical limits then traditional training systems. MTS courses can be developed at an early stage of product development that CAD models are already available but prototypes are not made yet. Thus MTS can provide in - time maintenance training and enables early communication between maintenance staff and designers so that the maintainability of the product can be improved.
