Synthesis of 3,4,9,10-Tetrahydroacridin-1(2H)-one Derivatives Under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 在微波辐射下以希夫碱、1,3-二羰基化合物为原料,乙二醇为溶剂,合成了一系列3,4,9,10-四氢吖啶-1(2H)-酮衍生物.该反应的反应时间短,产率高,环境友好,后处理方便.产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱表征. A series of 3,4,9,10-tetrahydroacridin-1(2H)-one derivatives were synthesized via the reaction of Schiff base with 1,3-cyclohexandione compounds in glycol under microwave irradiation. The reactions easily work up with short reaction time,high yield and environmental friendliness. The structures of the products were confirmed by their IR and ^1 HNMR.
