摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病患者围产期母婴的护理对策。方法对25例妊娠合并糖尿病患者围产期病历资料进行分析总结。结果25例妊娠合并糖尿病患者手术产17例,其中切口感染1例,不能继续妊娠中孕引产2例,阴道分娩6例。新生儿发生毒性红斑2例,巨大儿4例,低体重儿3例,呼吸窘迫综合症1例,缺血性缺氧性脑病1例。结论妊娠合并糖尿病对母婴的危害较大,加强围产期监护与饮食控制治疗尤为重要。
Objective To investigate the nursing care intervention of the pregnancy with diabetes in perinatal period. Methods The clinical data of 25 eases of pregnancy associated with diabetes in perinatal period were analyzed retrospectively. Resuits Seventeen cases were with cesarean section,among which there was 1 case has infection of incision wound, 2 cases were with artificial labour during intermediate stage of pregnancy, and 6 cases were with vaginal delivery. There were 4 cases of fetal macrosomia and 3 cases of low birth weight infants. 2 cases were with erythema venenatum, 1 case with respiratory distress syndrome, and 1 case with ischemie - anoxic encephalopathy. Conclusions Pregnancy associated with diabetes do very harmful to both mother and infant. The perinatal nurse monitoring and dietary therapy for diabetes are very important for patients with pregnancy associated with diabetes.
