冠状动脉病变与左心室收缩功能的关系探讨

<TITLE>RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEFT VENTRICULAR SYSTOLIC FUNCTION AND SEVERITY OF CORONARY ARTERY LESIONS

摘要 目的了解在不同冠状动脉病变的患者中左心室收缩功能的变化。方法88例患者行冠脉造影或冠状动脉16层螺旋CT检查了解其冠脉病变程度,同时行心超了解左室收缩末期内径(LVDs),左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)和左室射血分数(EF)。结果在正常病例中左室EF为56.2%±2.6%,1支血管病变的左室EF为53.8%±2.9%,2支血管病变的左室EF为51.6%±3.1%,3支血管病变的左室EF为51.4%±3.1%。在轻度病变中左室EF为53.8%±2.0%,中度病变中左室EF为52.3%±2.1%,重度病变中左室EF为50.5%±4.0%,完全闭塞的病变中左室EF为49.7%±5.7%。结论随着冠状动脉病变支数和病变程度的增加,左室收缩功能有不同程度的下降。 Objective To investigate the relationship between left ventricular systolic function and severity of coronary artery lesions. Methods A total of 88 patients were studied during their hospitalization. They received coronary angiography or 16-slice spiral CT to understand the extent of coronary artery lesion, and they were examined by echoeardiography to see LVDs, LVDd and EF at the same time. Results The EF of normal patient was 56.2% + 2.6%, that of 1 branch lesion was 53.8% + 2.9%, that of 2 hranehes lesion was 51.6% ± 3.1%. and that of 3 hranches lesion was 51.4% ± 3.1%. The EF in the patients with mild lesion was 53.8% ± 2.0%, with medial lesion was 52.3% ± 2.1%, with serious lesion was 50.5% ± 4.0%, and with complete occlusion was 49.7% ± 5.7%. Conclusions The severer the coronary artery lesions are, the lower left ventrieular systolic function will he.
