γ射线慢照射麦类作物的损伤修复 被引量:8

摘要 利用60Coγ圃慢照射麦类作物植株,在辐照当代籽粒灌浆期间,分期收取不同成熟度种子,测定其发芽率及变化。结果表明:因辐射损伤已失去生活力不能发芽的种子,在发育过程中,有许多又恢复发芽能力,说明麦类作物存在损伤修复。在乳熟中期前后10天左右,损伤修复作用最强,但3种麦类作物损伤修复能力存在差异,其顺序是:大麦>小麦>小黑麦。文中提供了损伤修复的细胞学证据。 Growing wheat, barley and triticale were irradiated with 60 Co γ ray. The seeds of different maturity were gathered during the milking stage. The germination percentage of seeds sampled were determined. The results showed that many seeds that lost viability by irradiation could recovered germination capacity during development. The effects of injury repairing was most obvious during ten days of middle stage of milking. The injury repairing capacities among three sorts of crop were in the order of barley>wheat>triticale.
