摘要
The article expounds the significance of training teachers in colleges from the perspective of the development and management of human capital. Referencing from the experiences of some foreign countries in teachers’ training and based on Chinese realities the author raises some concrete measures for teachers’ training in introduction promotion management and training of teachers.
