水化分析中的回归方程

摘要 水化分析中常用比色法测定水样中的N、P等物质。依据色阶数据制成工作曲线,再依水样的吸光值从工作曲线找出对应的物质浓度。这种方法随机性大,又缺乏科学性。使用简便数理统计法,得到简单的直线回归方程,经与一般方法比对,其具有相当的可靠性。 Generally, the substances like N, P of the water samples are tested by using the method of colorimetry in the water chemistry analysis. First, a working curve must be made according to the colour gradation data and then the density of the substances is found out with the help of the extinction value of the water samples on it. But this method is not rigorous in science. Meanwhile, it's complex and not practical if using mathematical statistics method. The best way is to use the simplized mathematical statistics method. It is can be easily got the regression equation by using the data in hand. Furthermore, the accuracy and regression of the result are acceptable and it's also scientific and practical.
