摘要
随着教育体制改革的深入,高校财务管理存在的问题日益凸显,如何加强高校财务管理,成为各高校目前急需解决的问题。文中对比进行分析,并从确立基础地位、改进管理办法、构建责任体系、强化会计监督和提高人员素质5个方面提出了加强高校财务管理的应对措施。
As the education system deepens, problems for universities＇ finance management arise. How to strengthen the finance management in universities has become an urgent matter at present. The problems in universities＇ finance management are analysed and the countermeasures to deal with finance problems in universities are proposed duty system, in five aspecs such as establishing bisic status, improving management methods, constructing strengthening accountant supervise and raising staff quality.
