摘要
合成了D-(+)-葡萄糖缩氨基硫脲合钼、铬金属配合物,对化合物进行了元素分析、IR等测试。并对化合物与DNA作用的电子吸收光谱进行了研究,这些化合物与DNA均有较强的键合作用,在化合物中加入一定量DNA时,电子光谱的最大吸收峰位置明显红移。
D-( + )-glucose thiosemicarbazone complexes of molybdenum( Ⅵ), chromium(Ⅲ) have been synthesized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum. Their complexes and DNA binding behavior were studied by electronic spectroscopic. When a certain amount of DNA mixed with the complexes, electronic spectroscopic will move to red wave.
