摘要
绝缘子及瓷套是变电站运行的重要组成设备,在运行中长期承受机械负荷,使附加应力增大,若绝缘子存在微小缺陷,就可能造成损坏。因此,为确保电网的安全运行,必须开展对绝缘子的无损检测研究。本文分析了支柱绝缘子及瓷套裂纹检测技术现状,阐明了超声波探伤的可行性,着重研究了采用爬波测定近表面裂纹深度及采用纵波斜探头测定内部和对称侧缺陷的工艺方法,同时也介绍了在实际中的应用。
Insulator and porcelain cover is an important equipment in substation operation, which has the function to support the lead and insulation. But if insulator has any tiny flaw after long-tlme mechanical load, it would destroy the grid. In order to ensure the safety of power grid, it must carry out the research on insulator non-destructive detection. This paper analyze the fact of support insulator and porcelain cover flaw inspection technology and clarify the feasibility for ultrasonic flaw detection. The paper is emphasis on researching detect flaw depth with wave creeping technique and detect inner and symmetry flaw with vertical wave detector as well as its application.
