摘要
探讨了虚拟制造技术中数控车床几何仿真的几大关键模块;结合计算机图形技术和仿真技术,采用VC++软件实现了一套用于教学的数控车床三维仿真系统。该系统具有类似于真实数控车床操作面板的界面和相似的操作流程,能够检验数控程序的正确性和动态仿真加工过程。
Based on NC lathe' s research, the article analyses several critical modules of geometry simulation and develops a three-dimensional simulation system with VC ++ 6.0. The Control pane and operation process of the system is similar to the real lathe. The system can check the validity of NC program and simulate cutting process.
