摘要
用紧凑试件的拉伸试验方法研究了碳纤维和聚丙烯纤维对掺入了30%粉煤灰或10%硅粉的水泥砂浆断裂韧性的影响.对纤维增强水泥砂浆的抗裂增韧机理进行了初步分析.试验结果表明,高弹性模量的碳纤维对水泥砂浆既能增强,又可显著增韧;低弹性模量的聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆只能增韧.
The influences of carbon fiber and polypropylene fiber on fracture toughness of high performance cement mortar containing 30% of fly ash or 10% of silicon powder are studied in the compact tensile test. The crackresistance and toughening mechanism of fiber-enhanced mortar are analyzed. Test results show that the carbon fiber with high elastic modulus can not only improve strength performance but also improve toughness of cement mortar, and that the polypropylene fiber with low elastic modulus can only toughen cement mortar.
