摘要
本研究以64个不同类型(包括白米、红米和黑米)的水稻种质资源为材料,对不同环境条件下(早季和晚季)米糠黄酮含量进行分析研究。结果表明:①早、晚季米糠中黄酮含量有明显差异,早季米糠中黄酮平均含量为0.150 g/100 g,晚季为0.827 g/100 g,晚季米糠中黄酮含量是早季的5.51倍;②早、晚季不同色稻品种米糠中黄酮含量存在显著差异,早季黑米稻米糠中黄酮含量为红米稻的1.28倍,为白米稻的8.83倍,红米稻为白米稻的6.87倍;晚季黑米稻米糠中黄酮含量为红米稻的5.52倍,为白米稻的31.43倍,红米稻为白米稻的5.69倍。③不同环境条件对不同色稻品种米糠黄酮含量的影响程度有所不同,白米稻品种晚季米糠中黄酮含量是早季的1.74倍,红米稻为1.27倍,黑米稻品种为7.15倍。
Sixty - four rice varieties and germplasms with different colors of seed coat were employed to study the flavone contents in rice bran under different environment conditions. The results showed as follows:① The flavone contents in rice bran were significantly different from early and late planting -seasons. The mean flavone content from early planting- season rice bran was 0. 015 g/100 g,and that from late planting- season rice bran was 0. 827 g/100 g,making 5.51 times as much as that from early planting- season rice bran. ② From both early and late planting - season rice, the flavone content in rice bran of various color rice were significantly different. From early planting - season rice, the mean flavone content in rice bran of black rice was 1.28 times as much as that of red rice, and was 8.83 times as much as that of white rice, the mean flavonoid content of red rice was 6.87 times as much as that of white rice. From late planting - season rice, the mean flavone content in rice bran of black rice was 5.52 times as much as that of red rice, and was 31.43 times as much as that of white rice, the mean flavone content of red rice was 5.69 times as much as that of white rice. ③Influence degrees of difference environmental conditions were different. The flavone content in rice bran of white rice , red rice , black rice from late planting - season rice were 1.74 times , 1.27 times. 7.15 times as much as those from early plantingseason rice.
