摘要
以浓度为0(CK),50 mmol/L,100 mmol/L,200 mmol/L的NaC l溶液对晚松盆栽苗进行胁迫,测定分析了晚松针叶的相对含水量、质膜透性和脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明:(1)相对含水量随盐分浓度的升高而降低;(2)晚松针叶的质膜系统能忍耐100 mmol/L以下的盐胁迫;(3)脯氨酸含量随盐分浓度的增加而增加。
Pinus rigida grown in flowerpots containing soils were subjected to salinity (NaCl) treatments. Salinity level is 0 mmol/L(CK) ,50 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L and 200 mmol/L and relative water content, membrane permeability and proline content of Pinus rigida' s pine needles were determined. The results showed that, relative water content decreased as the salinity increased, while membrane permeability wasn' t damaged at the salinity lower than 100 mmol/L, and proline content increased apparently with the salinity increased.
