摘要
将初穗期和全穗期的猫尾草均分别添加20μL/L乳酸菌(LAB)、0.1 mL/L纤维素酶(CEL)、20μL/L乳酸菌+0.1 mL/L纤维素酶(M IX)、3 mL/L蚁酸(FA)及对照(CON)的5个处理制作青贮,常温下贮存50 d开封,测定青贮的细胞壁成分(总纤维-OCW、高消化性纤维-Oa、低消化性纤维-Ob)的含量及体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)。结果表明,添加LAB提高了全穗期青贮的IVDMD,添加CEL和M IX降低了青贮的细胞壁成分含量。
Early heading and full heading timothy were ensiled by adding additives as follows: 20 μL/L lactic acid bacteria ( LAB), 0.1 mL/Lcellulase ( CEL), 20 μL/L lactic acid bacteria plus 0.1 mL/L cellulase (MIX), 3 mL/L formic acid (FA) and without additives (control). Ensilaged for 50 days at normal temperature, the cell wall constituents of the silage were measured, including organic cell wall ( OCW), high digestible cell wall (Oa), low digestible cell wall (Ob) and in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD). The addition of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) could increase the IVDMD of the Silage of the full heading timothy. The addition of CEL and MIX could decrease the content of cell wall constituents of the timothy silage.
