摘要
薪酬的公平性直接影响到员工工作的积极性,甚至员工的去留。薪酬的公平性主要体现为外部公平性、内部公平性和个体公平性三个方面,文章以IT业为例,通过对目前一些薪酬研究者有关公平性观点的述评,结合宽带薪酬的设计理念,阐述了宽带薪酬在实现公平性上的一些操作思路。
The equity of the compensation influences the enthusiasm that the staff work directly, even the going or stay of the staff. The equity of the compensation reflects as three respects of extemal equity, inside equity and individual equity mainly, this paper takes IT industry as an example, pass to researcher's review about equity view of the compensation a little at present, combine the design idea of the broadband compensation , has explained the thinking of some operation of the broadband compensation in realizing the equity.
