摘要
选取391钢为研究对象,通过设定不同的变形温度、变形速率与变形量,在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上进行压缩实验,并应用实验结果编制Matlab程序拟合变形抗力模型;总结文献中关于热连轧无缝钢管的理论计算公式,提炼出符合全浮动芯棒连轧管机组的计算模型,随后针对391钢计算理论轧制压力,同现场实测值进行对比,得到1,2机架理论值与实测值较为接近,而3~6机架误差很大,分析产生该结果的原因为理论计算未考虑张推力设定、假设较多以及变形复杂。
T91 steel was taken as the research subject. The compression experiment was made on the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator under different conditions of deformation temperature, strain rate and deformation degree. And then a deformation resistant model was established, which was based on the Matlab program and experiment results. Theoretical formulas for 391 on continuous pipe rolling were summarized according to the documents. A calculation model for the full-floating mandrel mill was worked out. Compared with the measured results from the plant, a conclusion has been arrived that the theoretical value is close to the measured results in the 1 st and 2nd mills. But there is great difference in the 3rd through 6th mills. The reason for this is related to the facts that the theoretical calculation does not involve in the establishment of stretching and thrust force, there are too many hypotheses and complex deformation process.
