摘要
目的评价学龄儿童行为问题发生的主要危险因素,为儿童保健工作提供依据。方法对检索并纳入的12篇研究儿童行为问题的主要影响因素的文献进行Meta分析,包括一致性检验、计算合并OR值及OR值95%CI。结果各因素合并OR值分别为:父母文化程度(0.516,0.547)、父母职业(0.991,0.447)、亲子关系差(1.380)、父母关系差(1.199)、父母期望过高(0.954)、教育方式不当(1.025)、教育方式不一致(1.916)、打骂孩子(2.045)、性别(1.693)、居住条件差(1.610)、学习压力大(1.790)、城乡(0.566)、血铅值超标(14.771)。结论影响儿童行为问题发生的主要危险因素有父母文化程度、母亲职业、父母关系差、亲子关系差、教育方式不一致、学习压力大、性别、打骂孩子、城乡、居住条件差、血铅值超标等。
Objective To evaluate the risk factors to the behavioral problems of school children, and to provide evidence for children's care work. Methods The results from 12 epidemiological studies on risk factors to behavioral problems of school children were analyzed by Meta-analysis method. Restilts The pooled OR values were 0.516 and 0.547 for parental education level, 0.991 and 0.447 for parental occupations, 1. 380 for poor relationship between parents and children, 1.199 for poor relationship between parents, 0.954 for parental expectation, 1.025 for improper education manner, 1.916 for diverse in education manner, 2.045 for beating and scolding children, 1.693 for genders, 1.610 for house condition, 1.790 for larger pressure on studies, 0.566 for town and countryside and 14.771 for higher blood lead. Conclusion The risk factors to behavioral problems of school children are parental education level, mother's occupation, disharmonious marriage of parents, apathetic parent-child relationship, divergently education manners, pressure on studies, sex, house condition, town and countryside, beating and scolding children, blood lead and so on.
