摘要
介绍了前苏联航空发动机用热强钛合金(或高温钛合金)BT25的发展概况,并对BT25合金的成分特点、热处理强化优点等做了进一步阐述,给出了退火状态下的物理性能,在说明热强钛合金微观组织与力学性能关系的基础上给出了BT25合金的各种力学性能。
The general development situations of aero-engine heat strong titanium alloy (or high temperature titanium alloy) BT25 in the former Soviet Union are introduced; The composition characteristics and advantage of the reinforcement in heat treatment of BT25 alloy, and etc., are further elaborated; Physical properties under annealing state and various mechanical properties of BT25 alloy have been given, upon explaining the relationship between heat strong titanium alloy microstructure and its mechanical property.
