摘要
分析三相异步电动机产生断相错相运行的原因及其危害性.对一些常见的控制保护电路,指出其性能的优劣,并结合多年的教学实践和常规操作,进一步优化三相异步电动机系统控制,综合考虑断相和错相两因素对电动机的影响,设计出一种实用的数字逻辑电路.当三相电路出现断相错相故障时,该电路能自动断开三相电源线路,以保证电机的正常运行.
This paper analyzed the masons and its dangours of phase failure and phase stagger operation for three-phase asynchronous motor. To some familiar control protection electric circuit, points out the advantages and disadvantages of its function, and combined many years of teaching practices and regular opearations furthermore optimize three-phase asynchronous motor system control. Synthesizing the consideration phase failure and phase stagger two factor to the influence of the motor, design a kind of practical arithmetic figure logical electric circuit. When the three-phase circuit appears to break phase failure and phase stagger, the electric circuit can break to open the power supply circuit automatically, and to guarantee the normal movement of motors.
