小檗碱、巴马亭及黄连总生物碱对大鼠胃条的作用比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较黄连生物碱类物质对大鼠胃条作用的异同,了解各主要成分之间可能存在的协同作用。方法:观察黄连总生物碱及其主要单体成分对离体大鼠胃条平滑肌自发性收缩活动以及肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素引起离体鼠胃条平滑肌舒张的影响,同时还观察各药物对5-羟色胺引起大鼠胃条收缩的影响。结果:黄连总生物碱、盐酸巴马亭以及小檗碱在较高浓度时均能引起离体大鼠胃条平滑肌舒张,均能对抗5-羟色胺引起大鼠胃条收缩,但以黄连总生物碱的作用最强。三种药物对肾上腺素引起大鼠胃条舒张的作用均无明显影响;小檗碱对去甲肾上腺素无明显对抗作用,巴马亭与去甲肾上腺素有协同作用,而黄连总生物碱可显著对抗肾上腺素的作用。结论:黄连总生物碱可能含有与小檗碱、巴马亭作用不同的其他物质,也可能小檗碱和巴马亭在某些方面存在一定的协同作用。 Aim: To compare the effect of berberine, palmatine and total alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis. Methods: The rat gastric fundus relaxation or convulsion were induced by adrenalin, noradrenalin or 5-HT. And the effects of drugs on spontaneous contraction of rat gastric fundus were measured. Results: Berberine, palmatine or total alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis induced relaxation of rat gastric fundus, inhibited convulsion of gastric fundus induced by 5-HT, and total alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis antagonized the effect of noradrenalin on rat gastric fundus. Three drugs did not antagonize the effect of adrenalin on rat gastric fundus. Conclusion: These results suggested that the effects of total alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis are different from berberine or palmatine.
