摘要
本文通过烧结杯试验和转鼓指数测定研究了铁料、碱度、燃耗和水分对水钢烧结矿强度的影响。光学显微镜和X-射线衍射分析表明,合理控制铁料搭配,生成较多的铁酸钙和铁橄榄石,得到以熔蚀结构或粒状结构为主的烧结矿,可以提高强度。
This article studies the influence of iron materials, basicity, fuel consumption and moisture on sinter strength through the sintering pot test and the tumbling test. The analysis of optical microscope and x - ray diffraction indicates that through the reasonable iron - bearing material proportioning to promote the calcium ferrite and iron olivine formation, and to obtain the melting corrosion structure or the granular structure as primarily sinter, the sinter strength could be increased.
