CT引导下经皮穿刺^(125)Ⅰ放射性粒子植入治疗肺部恶性肿瘤效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨在CT引导下125I放射性粒子植入治疗肺恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:术前根据肿瘤大小、粒子放射有效范围计算出粒子分布及数量,术中在CT引导下经皮穿刺将粒子按计划植入预定部位,术后CT扫描粒子植入部位及检查有无漏植。结果:25例肺恶性肿瘤患者放射性粒子均成功植入预定部位,其中包括失去手术机会晚期患者23例,所有患者均未出现术后严重并发症。术后12例患者肿瘤完全消失,8例患者肿瘤明显缩小(缩小>75%),5例肿瘤部分缩小(缩小在30%~60%之间)。3个月、半年、1年随访中,无复发病例。结论:放射性粒子永久植入人体治疗肿瘤是一种新的治疗模式,治疗肺部恶性肿瘤疗效确切,尤其适合中晚期失去手术机会的患者,对改善患者的生活质量,延长生存期有重要应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the usefulness of percutaneous ^125I radioactive seeds implantation by CT guided for lung malignant tumor. Methods:According to the mass size and effective scope radiated from seeds, the amount and distributing of radioactive seeds were calculated before operation. Then all tradioactive seeds were implanted designedly in the mass through percutaneous needles. At the end of operation,CT were applied to examine the distribution of seeds and to find if any place was left out. Results: Radioactive seeds were implanted to preconcerted place successfully in all 25 lung malignant tumor patients, including 23 cases of advanced lung cancer that missed chance of surgical operation. All cases did not undergo postoperative complications. The pulmonary malignant tumor of 12 cases disappeared completely, the range of tumor reduced obviously in 8 cases(reduced〉75% )and partially in 5 cases(reduced 30 % - 60% ). There were not relapse followup of effect in 3 months, half a year, one year. Conclusions:Radioactive seeds implantation permanently is a new mode for tumor and curative effect for lung malignant tumor is assured, especially to be suitable for advanced lung cancer. There was important application value to improve patient's life quality and to prolong their survival term.
