近10年,中国钢铁工业迅速发展,采用转炉长寿复吹工艺,碳氧积波动在0.0023%-0.0030%,渣中TFe降低4%~6%,钢中氧降低(100-250)×10^-6。
In the recent 10 years the steel industry in China has been rapidly developed and due to this technique the service life of bottom nozzle is the same as the converter campaign life (average 10000 heats and highest 〉 30000 heats) . The complete combined blowing in the converter campaign was realized. [ C] [ O] product is waved in the range of 010023 % - 010030 % , the TFe in the slag is lowered by4 % - 6 % , and the [O] in steel is decreased by (100 - 250) × 10^-6.
