摘要
研究了厌氧胁迫下薏苡(Coix lacryma jobiL.)和玉米(zea mayL.)几种代谢物质和酶类的变化。厌氧胁迫后二者根系与叶片中的可溶性糖和丙酮酸含量都表现为下降,游离氨基酸含量、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性都表现为上升,薏苡游离氨基酸增幅高于玉米;玉米的ADH和LDH变化幅度较大。结果表明,在厌氧耐受过程中关键的代谢物质可能是游离氨基酸而不是可溶性糖;ADH和LDH受到厌氧诱导,其厌氧胁迫前的活性高低可能是耐涝性的决定因素。
By using the seedling of Coix lacryma jobi L. and zea may L. as plant materials, the changes of several metabolic substance and enzymes are investigated. Under the stress of anoxia, the content of soluble sugar and pyruvate acid decrease in both materials, the content of amino acid and the activity of Alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and Latic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) are rising in both materials,the increase degree of amino acid in Coix is greater than in maize, the change range of ADH and LDH in maize is greater than in Coix. The result indicated that the key metabolic substance perhaps is amino acid rather than soluble sugar, the activity of ADH and LDH are induced by anoxia in both materials, the activity of ADH and LDH before anoxia stress maybe is the decisive factor in anoxia resistance.
