顺尔宁佐治小儿毛细支气管炎32例临床观察

摘要 目的观察顺尔宁佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将62例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组。对照组30例给予综合治疗,观察组32例给予顺尔宁治疗。观察两组疗效及临床症状、体征持续时间。结果观察组和对照组治愈率分别为93.8%和63.3%,差异有显著性(P<0.01),观察组在缓解临床症状、体征方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论顺尔宁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎具有协同作用,可缩短病程,提高治愈率,是佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的有效药物。
