摘要
采用传统无压烧结工艺制备出透明性良好的掺Cr的A l2O3透明陶瓷;测定了其吸收光谱和荧光光谱,发现在A l2O3六配位的八面体结构中,除了有Cr3+离子的特征吸收峰外,由于有Mg2+的电荷补偿作用,也有Cr4+离子,Cr4+的荧光发射峰位于1223nm附近,与Cr4+在四面体中的发光行为一致。但其荧光发射峰较窄,半高宽Δλ仅为37nm。
Transparent polycrystalline Cr-doped Al2O3 ceramics were fabricated by conventional solid-state pressureless processing. The absorption and emission spectra of Cr-doped Al2O3 ceramics were measured. It was first discovered there exist the fluorescence spectra of Cr^4+ in the octabedral site of Al2O3 because of the charge compensation of Mg^2+ except for the typical absorption peak of Cr^3 +. The peak of the emission is at the wavelength 1223nm, which is similar to those of Cr^4+ in the tetrahedral site. The bandwidth of emission peak is very narrow, and FWMH AA is only 37nm.
