摘要
采用硫酸氢钾为催化剂合成丙酸异戊酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对收率的影响。结果表明最佳反应条件为:正丙酸0.15mol,醇酸摩尔比1.5,催化剂用量1.5g,反应时间40min,此时收率达83.68%。该催化剂具有催化活性高,易分离回收,重复使用性良好,无废液排放等优势。
Isoamyl propionate was prepared from n-propionic acid and isoamyl alcohol by esterification using potassium bisulfate as catalyst. Under optimized conditions, i. e., n-propionic acid 0.15mol, n (isoamyl alcohol)/n (propionic acid) = 1.5, catalyst 0.5g, and reaction time 40min, the yield of isoamyl propionate reached 83.68%. Experimental results show that potassium bisulfate is an efficient, economic and environmental benign catalyst.
