摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定黄菊颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用Nucleonic C18柱,以乙腈-1%醋酸(26:74)为流动相,流速1.2 ml·min-1,检测波长:276 nm。结果:在0.15-0.41μg范围内黄芩苷进样量与吸收峰积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.70%,RSD为1.41%(n=5)。结论:该法测定黄菊颗粒中黄芩苷的含量方法简便、结果准确,重现性和分离度好,可用于黄菊颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of baicaline in huangju Granules. Method: Nucleosil C18 column was used, actonitfile-1% Acetic acid solution ( 26: 74) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1, 2 ml· min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 276 nm. Result: Llinear range was 0.15-0. 14 μg. The average recovery of this method was 99.70%. RSD was 1.41% (n = 5 ). Conclusion: The method was highly reproducible and accurate.
