摘要
目的:研究严重胸部外伤合并多发伤的有效救治方法。方法:通过对53例多发伤患者的损伤情况及抢救治疗措施进行回顾性分析总结。结果:治愈33例(占62.27%),伤残9例(占16.98%),死亡11例,病死率为20.75%。结论:及时准确诊断是降低严重胸伤病死率的首要条件。掌握优先处理的顺序是抢救成功防止漏诊的重要方法。及时的手术抢救,是提高治愈率的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the efective methods for treating severe chest trauma combined polytraumatism. Methods The injury conditions and the early treatment measures in 53 cases of severe chest trauma with polytraumatism were analyzed retrospectively Results 33 cases were cured （62.27%）, 9 cases were detected （16,98%）, 11 cases died and the death rate was 20.75%. Conclusion Prompt accurate diagnosis is an initial term to lower death rate of serious chest trauma.Grasping proper order of the procession order can guarantee salvage successfully from misdiagnosis.Prompt surgical operation salvage in time is an important measure to raise the cure rate.
