Identification of M.tuberculosis in a patient with atypical skin infection by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis

摘要 报告1例皮肤结核分枝杆菌不典型感染。患者女,35岁。因左前臂红色丘疹、斑块10年而就诊。患者左前臂可见暗红色略有浸润的斑块,无不适。皮损组织病理学检查诊断为“感染性肉芽肿”。对患者皮损进行PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析及PCR产物测序,证实为结核分枝杆菌复合体感染。经抗结核治疗,皮损好转。 A case of atypical skin infection of M.tuberculosis is reported.The patient was a 35-year-old female with dark erythemas,plaques on her left forearm for 10 years.Skin histopathology revealed granulomatous feature.M.tuberculosis was detected in the skin lesion by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） analysis and DNA sequencing,which proved the infection of M.tuberclosis complex.The lesions improved after treatment for M.tuberculosis.
