摘要
报告播散性马尔尼菲青霉病1例。患者男,65岁。面部溃疡、口腔糜烂伴发热20余天。皮肤科检查见面部多个溃疡,口腔、咽部大片糜烂,全身浅表淋巴结及肝、脾增大。皮损分泌物、淋巴结穿刺液、血液和皮损组织直接涂片和真菌培养均发现马尔尼菲青霉。
A 65 year-old man presented with facial ulcers,oral erosion and fever for more than 20 days.There were several facial ulcers,oral and pharyngeal erosion,generalized superficial lymphadenectasis,and splenohepatomegalia.Penicillium marneffei was identified in lesional secretions,lymph node puncture fluid,blood and skin biopsy by the examination of direct smear and culture
