摘要
开发的三维热耦合刚粘塑性有限元软件既可进行塑性变形和传热过程的耦合分析,又具有模拟热加工过程中和变形后内部组织变化并预测工件力学性能的功能,后者即所谓的”微观模拟技术”。应用该软件分析了三维热镦粗工艺的动态再结晶过程和再结晶的晶粒度分布。
With a special attempt to simulate the microstructrual evolution during and afterhot metal forming processes, a three-dimensional rigid coupled thermoviscoplastic finite ele-ment software is developed. Knowledge of metal microstructural changes in hot deformationis employed in this technique to performe the so called micro-simulation. The dynamicrecrystallization kinetics and recrystallized grain sizes are modeled by using this technique.
