摘要
采用标准的固相反应法制备成0.91(Sr(0.84)Pb(0.16))TiO3+0.09(Bi2O3·3TiO2)介电陶瓷(缩记为SrTiO3基陶瓷),并详细地研究了此种陶瓷的介电谱,即介电温度谱和介电频率谱。由介电谱确定了此种陶瓷的结构相变、居里温度、介电弛豫频率和介电弛豫时间,并对它们进行了讨论。
The samples of 0.91(Sr_(0.84)Pb_(0.16))TiO_3+0.09(Bi_2O_3·3TiO_2)dielectric Ceramics(abbreviated as SrTiO3 based Ceramics)were Prepared by the standard Solid-state reaction method,and their dielectric Spectra,Viz,dielectric temperature spectrum and dielectric frequency spectrum were investigated in detail.The structure phase transition,Curie temperature,dielectric relaxation frequency and dielectric relaxation time of this ceramics were determined by the dielectric spectra and a discussion was made on them.
