摘要
依据实际工况下的参数,对应用于阀配流式活塞式压缩机中的高速电液执行器进行了数学仿真,分析了其动态特性。针对流量不足的问题,提出了双高速开关阀并联驱动的解决方案,并进行了仿真验证,得到其满足实际工况要求的结论。
The digital simulation of the fast electro-hydraulic actuator, which is used in piston compressor, was carried out according to parameters under its practical working conditions. The dynamic characteristics of the actuator were analyzed. According to the disadvantage that the flow rate is not enough, the solution that using two parallel fast switching valves as actuator is put forward. Through the simulation analysis, the conclusion that the solution fitted for the requirement of the practical working conditions was made.
