摘要 目的建立苦参碱葡萄糖注射液含量测定方法。方法采用阴离子表面活性剂双相滴定法。三氯甲烷为溶剂,磺酸钠基丁二酸二辛酯溶液为滴定液,用二甲基黄-亚甲蓝混合指示液,在酸性条件下进行滴定,以测定苦参碱含量。结果测定苦参碱含量回收率为99.3%,重复性试验RSD为0.43%,中间精密度RSD为0.48%和0.41%。本方法与国家药品标准的HPLC方法比较,所得结果基本一致。结论本方法快速、准确,可作为苦参碱葡萄糖注射液含量测定一种方法,亦可适用于苦参碱葡萄糖注射液大生产中间体苦参碱的含量测定。 Objective To establish a titration method for the determination of matrine in Matrine and Glucose Injection. Method The method of two-phase titration with an anionic surfactant was adopted, The determination was carried out under acidic condition, using CHCl3 as a solvent, Dioctyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate as a volumetric solution, and Dimethyl Yellow - Methylene Blue as mixed indicator. Results The average recovery rate was 99.3%. The reproducibility (RSD) of this method was 0.43%. The intermediate precisions (RSD) were 0.48% and 0.41%. The results consisted with that of the HPLC method of the national drug standard. Conclusion It is a fast and accurate method for the determination of Matrine and Glucose Injection. The method can also be applied to the determination of the intermediate of matrine during the production of Matrine and Glucose Injections.
