搅拌头形状对塑料搅拌摩擦焊接头质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用圆柱形、螺柱形、正圆锥形、倒圆锥形等形状的搅拌头对厚10mm聚氯乙烯板进行了搅拌摩擦焊试验。结果发现,当搅拌头转速ω=1660r/min,焊接速度v=25mm/min时,采用正圆锥形的搅拌头可得到焊合良好、成形饱满的焊缝;采用圆柱形的搅拌头,也能得到焊合良好、表面光滑、成形美观的焊缝;采用倒圆锥形和螺柱形搅拌头焊接的接头焊合不良,质量较差。焊接时的测温结果表明,硬PVC塑料最佳的搅拌摩擦焊温度范围应为180~190℃,高于200℃会出现烧焦现象,低于170℃则会焊合不良或不能焊合。 The Influence of the configuration of pin on the quality of friction stir welding joints of 10mm thickness PVC plastics plate was investigated.The results show that when ω=1 660 r/min,v=25 mm/min the beads welded with upright taper pin is plump and jointed well,having average σb=19.1 MPa,maximum σb=20.3 MPa,being 52.3% of that of parent material.The beads welded with cylindrical pin are also jointed rather well,plump and smooth,having average σb=17.6 MPa,being 45.3% of that of parent material.The quality of the beads welded with inverted taper and cylindrical screw pin is poor,only partially jointed or disjointed.Temperature examinations during welding reveal that optimum friction stir welding temperature range of,PVC is 180~190 ℃.If the temperature is beyond 200 ℃ the material would be burnt.If the temperature is under 170 ℃,the material would be jointed partially or disjointed.
