摘要
对镁合金与铝合金进行了搅拌摩擦焊连接试验。从接头金相形貌中可以看出,铝合金与镁合金的晶粒以河流状汇合的方式充分交织在一起,其排布具有明显的梯度特征。当这种混合的交织状态过渡到热机械影响区时可以发现,随着速度梯度的变化,混合的均匀程度明显减弱。接头附近存在大量的脆性金属间化合物,导致力学性能显著下降。从接头断口的扫描电镜形貌可以看出,单侧启裂的拉伸断口一侧出现少量韧窝带和大量的变形带断裂特征。
An investigation was carried out using friction stir welding to join magnesium alloy to aluminum alloy,from the microstructure of friction stir welding joint we can find that the grain of aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy had merged sufficiently like river.The arrangement of grain took on the characteristics of obvious gradient.With the decreased speed gradient,the mixed-degree was obviously lowered near heat-affected zone.Intermetallics was found near butt line.Judging from SEM morphologies of tensile fracture of welded joint,it is observed that the side of tensile fracture existed a little cavity band and large scale deformation band.
