震荡制乳的可行性及NaCl影响水乳剂体系稳定性 被引量:11

摘要 以40%三唑磷EW为例,对震荡法制备水乳剂的可行性及电解质NaCl影响农药水乳剂体系稳定性的机制进行了研究。结果表明:⑴采用震荡法制乳可对水乳剂配方进行快速筛选;⑵NaCl用量在3%以下时可降低水乳剂分散相粒径,用量过高则会使中位径D50增大;⑶NaCl可使水乳剂分散相与连续相之间的界面张力升高;⑷NaCl用量在3%以下时对界面膜的强度基本无影响,但用量过高会显著降低界面膜的强度;⑸随NaCl用量的增加,Zeta电位升高。 Using triazophos 40% EW as an example, the feasibility of preparing vibration induced emulsions was investigated along with the mechanism of the effect of NaCl on stability of a pesticide EW system. Results indicated that: 1) the vibratory method can be used for rapid screening of EW emulsions, 2) when NaCl was added at 〈3%, particle size of the dispersed phase could be reduced, while higher NaCl rates increased the D50 value, 3) NaCl increased the interfacial tension between the dispersed and continuous phases, 4) NaCl at 〈3% essentially did not affect the strength of the interracial membrane, although excessively high rates significantly decreased the strength of the membrane, 5) Zeta electrical potential increased as NaCl increased.
