摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定小儿清肺止咳片含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Packed ODS- AC18柱(250mm×4．6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0．2)为流动相,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0．21-1．05μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0．9996),方法的平均回收率为99．4％,RSD为1．26％(n=6)。结论:高效液相色谱法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为小儿清肺止咳片的含量测定方法。
Objective： To establish the determination method of Baicalin in Xiaoer Qingfei Zhike Tablets with HPLC.Methods： A Packed ODS - A C18 column（ 250mm × 4.6, 5μg）was chose with mobile phase methanol - water - Phosphoric acid（ 47： 53： 0.2） . The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was 280nm. Results： The linear range of Baicalin was 0.21- 1.05μg and correlation coefficient was 0. 9996. The average recovery was 99.4 %and RSD was 1.26 （n= 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accuate and reproducible and can be used for determination of Baicalin in Qingfei Zhike Tablets.
