摘要
目的:优化双黄连口服液中双花,连翘浸膏的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法设计对水提醇沉工艺进行优化,HPLC法测定正交实验的评价指标,绿原酸和连翘苷的含量,考察了不同的口服液制备工艺对口服液中绿原酸,连翘苷含量以及口服液的澄清度影响。结果:正交试验优选工艺为药材以水冷浸泡2h处理,加水量每次分别为药材量的10倍、10倍;煎煮时间每次分别为2h、2h;按每L浓缩液加4.5L乙醇醇沉工艺。结论:研究实验结果可靠,以优化的工艺制备的口服液工艺澄清度好,有效成分提取率高,且生产耗时短,有利于大生产。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae extract in Shuanghuanglian oral liquid. Methods." An Orthogonal experimental method was adopted and by optimizing the process of water-extract-purification, and determining the index of orthogonal experiment and the content of chlorphenamine maleate and forsythin by HPLC to study the influence made by different preparation processes of Shuanghuanglian Oral liquid upon the oral solution and the elarity of oral solution. Results: Orthogonal test optimized process is: Dip medicinal materials in cooling water for 2 hours, add water for ten times the quantity of medicinal materials each time;The boiled time ks 2 hours every time; add 4.5 L ethanol to 1 L oonecentrate juice. Conclusion:The result of rids experiment ks reliable. Clarity of the oral solution prepared by the optimized process ks better, and the extraction rate of effective component ks higher. Manufacturing process consumes shorter time, so it ks propitious to the batch process consumes shorter time so it ks propitious to the batch production.
